Our patients at Medical City Green Oaks Hospital look forward to visiting with friends and family during specified visiting hours. Please remember that state law requires you to present the correct patient authorization code to the receptionist before proceeding from the lobby. Green Oaks does not allow children under the age of 16 to visit the Adult inpatient units. This does not include our adolescent or family support groups. Please speak to the nurse before bringing children to visit our Adolescent Unit or participate in Family Group sessions.
When Medical City Green Oaks Hospital, you will be required to sign in and present a 3 digit patient code before preceding from the lobby to the unit you are visiting. Also, please remember no cell phones, purses or contraband is allowed on the units. Green Oaks is happy to offer lockers to keep your personal belongings while visiting. The receptionist will provide you with a visitor badge to wear during your visit. Your visitor badge must be visible at all times.
We would also like to remind you that only 2 visitors per patient are allowed on a unit at one time -- and that all patient belongings must be checked in by a staff member prior to being given to the patient. We thank you for your cooperation.

Effective July 1, 2015, Green Oaks is committed to the safety and well being of all employees, patients, physicians, and others who visit the Green Oaks campus. In order to provide a healthy and safe environment for patients, visitors, physicians and employees the hospital prohibits smoking.
